- We provide 15-days return for all products. Initiate a return, describing your reason for return within 15 days of delivery.
- Refunds of online payments are processed automatically via the payment method used.
- COD refunds can take up to 10 days after providing your bank details.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags intact.

Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the payment was by credit/ debit card or net-banking, the money will be refunded to your credit/ debit card or net-banking account, respectively. Typically, refunds are processed between 5-7 working days.

Please note that we depend on the credit card issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contactcuriouscat@gmail.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged or in case you need a size exchange.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@curiouscatcompany.com and we shall take care of the rest.
