How long does it take to ship my order?
All products listed on our website are stocked in-house.
- Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed
- Dispatch happens from our Bangalore operations
- Orders are picked up regularly by our delivery partners
Once dispatched, delivery timelines within India are typically 3–5 business days, depending on location. Very remote areas may take slightly longer.
Are there any products that take longer to ship?
At present, no.
All current products are ready stock. We do not offer made-to-order items at this time.
In rare cases where a product goes out of stock, restocking may take several weeks, and such items will be clearly marked as unavailable on the website until replenished.
Is there a “Quick Ship” section?
All products at Curious Cat Company are effectively Quick Ship.
Since we maintain in-house inventory, there is no separate category. Every item follows the same dispatch timeline of within 48 hours.
I’m buying a gift. Can you ship quickly?
Yes.
If you need a product urgently, our standard dispatch timelines already support quick gifting. If you have a specific deadline or delivery concern, you’re welcome to write to us before placing your order and we’ll guide you honestly.
Why are some products priced higher than mass-market alternatives?
Our products are made in small batches, often involving skilled manual processes, careful material selection, and ethical sourcing.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email from Shiprocket with your tracking number and courier details.
- Tracking emails are typically sent within 2–3 days of placing the order
- Tracking updates begin once the courier picks up the shipment
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to most regions.
- Orders are dispatched within 48 hours, same as domestic orders
- International delivery typically takes 7–10 business days or longer, depending on destination and customs clearance
We ship via Aramex, DHL, or equivalent international courier partners.
Please note:
- Any customs duties, VAT, or import charges are payable by the customer in the destination country
- These charges are not included in the product or shipping price

What is your return policy (India)?
We offer a 15-day return window for customers within India.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- The return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-returnable items:
- Hygiene-sensitive products such as steel litter boxes
- Customised products
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. We will assist you fairly.
Refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method once the return is approved and received. Bank processing timelines may vary and typically take 5–7 business days.
